Description
This ebook was born from the idea of helping all people affected by autoimmune diseases – or
with familiarity with them, that is, without a diagnosis of current autoimmune disease – to send in
remission the active phase of the disease or to prevent its clinical manifestation.
During my years in the clinic, I realized the need to explain to patients the theory of autoimmune diseases, which is widely documented in scientific texts, in a direct, simple and practical way, so that it was accessible to everyone.
I, first and foremost, as an autoimmune patient, felt the constant need to understand what the
my body was trying to communicate to me with different clinical manifestations, that is, symptoms such as
joint pain, morning stiffness, chronic fatigue and skin dermatitis, in relation to
what I introduced as food; and I noticed that even my patients, with very severe symptoms
similar, needed a practical guide to connect pathology to nutrition in
simple and clear way.

This ebook in two macro parts:
- the first, written by me as a doctor, speaks of autoimmunity, of possible causes, relationships with factors external, specific integration for eachpathology, and possible strategies for
intervene in the control of clinical manifestations. I also wrote a monthly menu divided into 4 weeks, each of which includes 4 meals a day, specific for autoimmune patients; - the second one, written by Debora Candian, has a practical content, in which the information received in the first part of the book, translates advice on how to choose ingredients, cooking techniques and recipes, colorful, easy to make and of course with all the ingredients permits for pathology.
